From the 25th to the 26th of April 2013, we.CONECT invited an international audience of global Executives, Managing Directors, Head of’s and Managers of E-Collaboration, Social Media Development and Internal Communications from leading global organizations to the 2nd Annual Intra.NET Reloaded 2013 in Berlin.
More than 150 board-level attendees gathered at the INTRA.NET Reloaded 2013 to share, discuss and evaluate the most pressuring issues on digital internal communication within an enterprise 2.0. Participants, speakers and business partners joined in on one of the highlight-international conferences on this topic and had the opportunity to exchange experiences, widen their network and debate upcoming challenges.

Icebreaker Session ‒ First get-together before the conference
On the night before the first conference day, the Intra.NET Reloaded 2013 kicked off with an engaging icebreaker session, inviting guests to a first, lively opportunity to network, benchmark and discuss, while enabling the getting to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere at the SKY CAFÉ with view above Berlin.

Throughout the three days of the conference, diversity in the topics of focus played an important role in the agenda. Field reports, panel discussions, as well as case studies were presented. Challenge your Peers Session – Participants discussing about encountered difficulties and possible solutions
In addition to the outstanding speeches of the event, we.CONECT strived to achieve more. This is why we asked each participant ahead of time for further topics, questions and issues to be raised. According to the gathered answers, we created innovative and exciting “Challenge Your Peers” roundtables. Each table came to deal with important matters, for which participants had shown interest, and discussions lasted for most of the second-day afternoon.

Extracurricular Activities animated attendees to engage on a new, recreational level with their peers. On the morning of Day 2, participants could join the InterActiveX Jogging Session and get to know Berlin in a fresh run before starting into the procedures of the day.
World Café Session – The Wisdom of Crowds adopted a new intensive, interactive and innovative way of exchanging experiences in a collective way.
During the World Café Sessions on the morning of the second day, attendees were given the opportunity to intensively discuss and share ideas and solutions in the field of intranet management. Finding new inspiring concepts for handling current issues in co-operation with other experts was the center-goal of the discussions.

At the end of the first day, we.CONECT invited to gather for a delightful evening reception and dinner. Afterwards, guests were led to an extracurricular event: A special award ceremony. Spectacularly, a dedicated jury of independent specialists evaluated and announced the most innovative & impressive intra-net project of a wide pool of candidates. MAN Diesel & Turbo SE sparked and won the cheque. The monetary fund was directly handed over to another organization - CAMARA ‘transforming education’ - to help the support of education in areas of need by technical and professional advancement.
The night was finally highlighted by the band Electra Ice & the Funky Robots performing popping Jazz sounds and a thrilling show. Sparkingly, by this time the Intra.NET Reloaded reached event status to the delight of all attendees.
In retrospect, the INTRA.NET Reloaded 2013 featured a boomingly intense, diversified and highly interactive networking platform for leading managers in the field of internal communications and intranet pioneering from all over the world.
